"Invent"-ory. Inventory is a good name for this survey, for in taking it you may invent--or reinvent--your opinion of yourself. Of course, the person who knows you best is YOU, but sometimes it is clarifying to step back and see your reflection in someone else's eyes. In this case, the reflection is through the lens of Dave Bauer's Change Leader Inventory. It is an independently completed and co-dependently analyzed survey about YOU.
In taking it I received confirmation in some of my opinions and redefinition in others. This, however, was only because I had an open mind; I anticipate that this survey is not for everyone.
